Our delivery fees are structured to be both competitive and transparent. For same day delivery within central Bromley and the BR1/BR2 postcode areas, the standard fee is £5. For other local postcodes, such as BR3 to BR7 and SE9, the delivery fee ranges from £5 to £8, depending on distance and urgency. Large event or special occasion deliveries may incur additional costs, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

What Happens if the Recipient Isn't Home?

We know how important it is for your flowers to arrive safely. If your recipient isn’t home when our driver arrives, we will follow these steps:

Attempt to leave the flowers with a trusted neighbour and leave a calling card for the recipient.
If this isn’t possible, we will leave a calling card detailing how the recipient can rearrange delivery or collect from our shop.
Where safe and appropriate, we may leave the delivery in a secure place (e.g., sheltered porch or side entrance), always using our discretion to ensure the flowers’ safety and freshness.
